Cultural Change refers to a shift in the values, behaviours, and ways of working within an organisation. Unlike process or system changes, culture is less visible but often more influential. Changing culture takes time, as it involves habits, beliefs, and leadership behaviours. It cannot be forced through policies alone. Instead, it requires consistent messaging, role modelling from leaders, and reinforcement over time. Cultural change is often the hardest part of any transformation, but also the most important for long-term success.
